Asus to Launch Two Windows 8 Tablets in Q3 2012

It’s pretty sure that every PC device manufacturing company wants to join software giant to manufacture Windows 8 based Tablets. Thus, Asus also joined the queue and is prepping two Windows 8 Tablets for Q3 2012.

It is likely expected that in the coming year four devices will be joining Asustek’s Tablet lineup, in which popular Eee Pad Transformer is confirmed. The reports so heading have revealed that the first two tablets will be shipping in the first quarter of 2012 and will be Android based Tablets. Whereas on the other hand the other two tablets will be the Windows 8 Tablets and are going to hit the market in the third quarter of next year. The information so provided is collected from the company’s Q3 2011 Investor Conference.

Initially no further announcement had been made by the respective organization but is expected to reveal soon about their plans in further coming months. Android-running tablet-smartphone hybrid is expected to be highly innovative which the company unveiled back in May, named as Padfone, basically a 4.3-inch Smartphone that comes with a 10.1-inch Tablet dock.

With the phone docked, it can recharge from the tablet’s larger battery and the tablet can also make use of the smartphone’s 3G internet connection,” reads the press release issued back by the company when it unveiled the Padfone. “The dual interfaces for both the pad and phone ensure an enhanced user experience as the layout is automatically adjusted for all activities such as video conferencing, web browsing and emailing.”
